Any and all clients, or the representatives of any individual or group working with Dancing with Friends Studio (C/o Waterfall Imports Pte Ltd) accept below terms & conditions.

D.W.F SMART STUDIO

Our studio is 24 hour self serving studio. There is no admin service unless requested for special events and bookings.

STUDIO TOUR

1. Studio tour is required for 1st booking
   1. To ensure the venue is suitable for you
2. Door passcode will be provided via whatsapp
3. Lights & Air-con is automatic

BOOKING

1. 100% payment is required to confirm the booking
2. All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable
3. Date & Time changes is not allowed once confirmed
4. For booking related to aerobics, high jump or tap dance, studio must be informed.
5. Booking/Classes/Session will start and end on time as per time slot booked

SOFT BOOKING

1. You may request soft booking
   1. This will allow you to reserve studio without making payment
   2. These bookings are “First come, First served” basis

STUDIO USE

1. Ensure studio is in clean and tidy
2. Do not touch mirrors & curtains
3. Keep dance floor clean all time
4. Outside food & drinks are not allowed inside studio.
   1. Please leave it at Foyer area.
   2. Water bottled are allowed but must be kept inside your bags
5. Clear your trash before leaving

GRAND PIANO

1. Use of piano is only related to Piano bookings
2. You can keep items around piano space but do not keep anything on top of Piano

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

1. Once offer is accepted, please make payment via QR code to “Waterfall Imports Pte Ltd”
2. Cash payment is only allowed for selected bookings.
3. For Credit Card payment, there will have additional 5% charges

ADD ON CHARGES

1. Cleaning
   1. Is charged between $60 – $100, so please ensure to use studio with care
2. Damages
   1. Can range from $100 – $1000

OTHERS

1. If you booking require moving any furniture or lights, please inform D.W.F at time of your booking.
2. Please do not unplug or turn off any switches/usb as studio is automated

Ad Hoc Bookings

1. Lights & Aircon is automatic and will turn on & off as per your booked time slots. 
2. Door passcode will be provided to access studio.
3. You have to send a whatsapp upon leaving to ensure door is locked

Regular booking

1. You can choose automatic or receive instructions how to turn lights on & off using automatic system
2. Door passcode/fingerprint will allow you to access the studio
