Are you a natural leader who loves to inspire and motivate others? Do you have a passion for music, dance, and the arts, and want to share it with the world? Then become a DWF Ambassador and take your talents to the next level! As an ambassador, you’ll have the opportunity to lead our team, build relationships with clients, and host events that showcase your skills and talents. You’ll also earn commissions for every new customer you bring to the studio, and have access to exciting perks and rewards along the way. As an Ambassador, you will also have the opportunity to earn commission by bringing business to our studio.

• This can include hosting a movie night, a dance workshop, or attracting new collaborations with companies.
• You can earn commission on ticket sales or by attracting new clients to our studio.
• You’ll be responsible for taking care of the event from start to finish to ensure you’re eligible for the full commission.
• If you attract new clients but don’t take care of the entire event or activity, the person who is taking care of it will receive the commission instead.
• This means you can earn commission in two parts:
  • first, for bringing business to our studio, and
  • second, for completing the task.

Finally, our Ambassador Program is a unique opportunity to build your network, grow your skills, and develop meaningful relationships within our studio community.

As an Ambassador, you’ll be able to share your passion and skills with others, while also learning from talented individuals who are passionate about what they do.

DWF Talent Team and Ambassador Program Terms:

The program is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds who can bring unique skills, perspectives, and energy to the studio, contributing to its vibrant and dynamic culture and helping to make it a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone.

1. By signing up, you agree to be a part of the D.W.F Talent Team/Ambassador Program and to follow the rules and guidelines set by the D.W.F studio

2. Members of the D.W.F Talent Team are not eligible to earn commission, while members of the D.W.F Ambassador Program have the opportunity to earn commission based on their sales and contributions to the studio

3. Members are expected to exhibit a giving and humble nature, speak their mind respectfully, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone at the D.W.F studio

4. The first two months of membership serve as a trial period, during which members can get to know D.W.F and develop their interest. They may choose to opt out at any time during this period.

5. After the initial trial period, members must commit to a minimum of 6-12 months to be part of the D.W.F Talent Team or Ambassador Program. Within that six-month period, D.W.F will make selections for the most engaging and hard-working members to represent the studio on a full-term basis.

6. Ambassadors will receive commission starting from the second successful event or activity

7. Team are expected to assist with studio operations to the best of their abilities. In return, D.W.F Talent Team members will have access to all studio benefits.

8. Members of the D.W.F Talent Team and Ambassador Program cannot engage in any other company or competitors without prior agreement from the DWF studio

9. The D.W.F studio reserves the right to terminate a member’s membership at any time if they do not follow the rules and guidelines, or exhibit behavior that goes against the values of the studio

10. Members of the D.W.F Ambassador Program will be selected based on their leadership skills and ability to bring business and sales to the studio.

    1. In addition to assisting with studio operations, Ambassadors will be responsible for organizing and leading events, as well as attracting new clients and collaborators.

    2. Ambassadors will be eligible for commissions on any value they add to the studio through their work.

11. D.W.F Talent Team members are not eligible for commissions but will be considered for future Ambassador positions based on their performance, leadership potential, and dedication to the program. Ambassadors will be hired on a salary basis after a successful 6-12 month tenure in the program.

12. Members of both the DWF Talent Team and Ambassador Program are expected to be humble, kind, and patient individuals who speak honestly and openly.

    1. Any member who fails to meet these standards or engages in disruptive behavior may be terminated from the program at any time, and DWF will not be responsible for any claims or damages arising from their termination.

13. I/We understand that participating in Practice/Classes/Events conducted by DWF is purely on my/our sole volition and risk. I/We accept that I/we may be subject to safety regulations and restrictions in class, I/we hereby waive and release DWF and its teachers/team of all liability including coronavirus/coronavirus-related issues
