Discover how to improve your mobility and strength to keep you moving efficiently so as to delay fatigue during your choice of activity or sport. Good for those who had past or recent injuries. All levels welcome.

60-mins of workout

You will go through a series of moves that will help you understand how to improve stiff & tight muscles, avoid possibilities of injury and learn how to stay active in your favorite activity (whether it’s dance, sports or fitness). Exercises taught can also be practiced at home.

15 minutes sharing

After the workout, you may ask questions to find out effective ways you can eliminate your training aches and pain.
